We are currently working out the numbers on membership dues. They will be reasonable and approx. the cost of a gym membership. For this monthly fee you will get access to the following:

Workbenches, with 4 outlet power receptacle
Wired and Wireless access to Internet via Comcast Cablemodem
Storage on Hacker Consortium FreeNAS Server.
32 page per minute HP laser printer use.
Access to tools/power tools/etc
Access to donated equipment for testing/projects
Space in "Hacker Fridge"
Snacks and drinks provided by consortium (Toss some $$ in the kitty occasionally)
All the coffee you can brew

Our intention is to provide a working enviroment for the members, but to also provide some space for "decompression". Two areas will be designated for this purpose. The first is the "Game Room". This area will have different game consoles and a TV, with a few couches. Relax and kill a few zombies before or after working.

Area two is a conference area. Inside is a decent sized table, surrounded with walls of dry-erase board, floor to ceiling. Sketch your ideas, or make your tag. Post messages to members, or just doodle and relax.

Depending on the space we alocate we hope to have these two areas seperated and have the ability to close them off for queit time if needed.
